Program Overview
Information resources are critical knowledge assets for law firms. Every firm extracts value from its records and documents for both client and firm advantage. Creating a comprehensive man-agement program for information resources in multi-media formats (paper, email, electronic documents, photographs and audio/visual content) is vital to minimizing the risk that assets be-come liabilities.
Personal computers, notebooks and corporate portals have transformed daily habits with instant messaging, email, VOIP, corporate blogs and more. It's ad hoc, inconsistent, by-passes more tra-ditional forms of communication. Has practice management kept up? Are clients prepared?
